Gas Line Ruptured after Vehicle Collision near Broadway Road

MESA, AZ (September 27, 2022) – Wednesday evening, at a vehicle crash near Val Vista Drive injured at least one person.

The crash happened on September 21st at around 7:00 p.m. near Broadway Road and Val Vista Drive.

According to the police, two vehicles collided in the area. The collision caused one vehicle to crash into a wall and a gas line. The collision caused a gas leak and four houses in the area had to be evacuated as a precaution. One person sustained injuries due to the crash, although, it is unclear whether or not they were hospitalized.

At this time, the cause of the collision in Val Vista Drive remains unclear.
