Fatal Truck Accident on Stewart Avenue and Boyce Road Resulted with 1 Death

FREMONT, CA (September 30, 2022) – Early Monday morning, one person was killed in a crash on Stewart Avenue and Boyce Road.

On September 26th, at about 4:15 a.m., police responded to a crash involving a big rig and a passenger vehicle.

According to police, the vehicle had three occupants and was traveling westbound when it collided with a big rig that was hauling a tanker heading northbound. The impact of the collision caused at least one person from the passenger vehicle to sustain serious injuries.

First responders at the site of the collision pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity pending notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, the driver of the tanker truck was not injured and he stayed at the scene and cooperated with officers.
