18-Year-Old Killed and Another 18-Year-Old Arrested after a Solo DUI Accident on South Linden Avenue
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 16, 2022) – Late Saturday night, one person was killed following a DUI crash on South Linden Avenue.
The crash happened on November 12th at around 11:40 p.m. in the first block where a single-vehicle crash occurred.
According to police, when they arrived at the scene they found a 18-year-old dead and another 18-year-old passenger was injured.
Furthermore, the passenger was arrested under suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and DUI. The passenger was taken to San Mateo County jail.
Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Alcohol or drugs were the factor of the crash, police said. No other information was provided and further investigation is underway.
