Two Injured Following Motorcycle Crash on Marconi Avenue near Greenwood Avenue
SACRAMENTO, CA (October 4, 2022) – Saturday evening, a motorcycle crash on Marconi Avenue left one person dead and two people injured.
The fatal accident happened on October 1st, on Marconi Avenue, involving a motorcycle and a car.
First responders arrived at the site of the collision shortly after. They pronounced one person dead at the scene. Two other people sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, officials closed down the areas surrounding the crash for cleanup and preliminary duties.
At this time, California Highway Patrol North Sacramento has not released any additional information regarding the crash on Marconi Avenue. However, an active investigation is currently underway. Authorities encourage anyone that witnessed the collision to call local police as soon as possible.
