33-Year-Old Man Dies in Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Crash on State Route 67

EL CAJON, CA (December 7, 2022) – Friday night, a motorcycle crash on State Route 67 near Interstate 8 left a rider dead.

It happened December 2nd, at about 8:00 p.m. when a 33-year-old motorcyclist was traveling south on State Route 67 to east Interstate 8.

According to reports, the motorcyclist was traveling at high speeds. He then drifted into a concrete wall causing him to be ejected onto the highway. While he was on the road, a vehicle struck him. The vehicle then fled the scene without rendering aid to the injured rider.

Following the crash, paramedics and emergency responders arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures on the rider but he did not survive.

Meanwhile, police searched for the vehicle involved in the area but they did not find it. The crash is still under investigation at this time.
