2 Airlifted after Auto Collision on Interstate 15 [Mountain Pass, CA]


Two Hospitalized after 2-Car Accident near Cima Road

MOUNTAIN PASS, CA (August 25, 2022) – Early Thursday evening, authorities airlifted two people after an auto collision on Interstate 15.

The incident happened around 5:52 p.m., near Cima Road on August 18th. Reports indicate the collision involved a red Dodge Challenger and a black Volvo, according to California Highway Patrol.

Emergency responders requested at least two helicopters and one ambulance to transport two injured persons.

Afterward, the injured victims were transported to Las Vegas University Medical Center for further treatment.

Meanwhile, no further information was provided and an active investigation is still currently underway.
