Fatal Hit-and-Run near Tulare Avenue Leads to Arrest
VISALIA, CA (October 24, 2022) – Wednesday night, police arrested Adrianna Watters following a hit-and-run crash on Mooney Boulevard.
The deadly collision happened around 9:00 p.m. near Tulare Avenue in Visalia.
According to reports, a pedestrian was walking across the street on Mooney Boulevard when they were fatally struck by a vehicle, driven by Watters.
Following the collision, Watters left the scene without rendering aid to the victim.
When emergency crews arrived, they transported the pedestrian to a local hospital where they later died. The driver of the involved vehicle, 22-year-old Adrianna Watters, turned herself into the police shortly after. Officers booked Adrianna Watters for felony hit-and-run.
