BUTTONWILLOW, CA (November 8, 2022) – Monday, Allan Shultz and Susan Shultz sustained injuries after a multi-vehicle crash at 5 Freeway.

The incident took place around 10:40 a.m. on northbound Interstate 5, north of Twisselman Road.

According to reports, the driver of a semi-truck, Simranjeet Singh, 20, of Vacaville, was driving northbound when he failed to slow down for stopped traffic and crashed with four other vehicles.

First responders arrived shortly after and located Allan Shultz, 77, and Susan Shultz, 76, With injuries. Medics then transported them to Mercy Hospital for medical treatment. Meanwhile, the occupants of the three other vehicles did not sustain any injuries.
