SAN BERNARDINO, CA (October 12, 2022) – Early Saturday, Clara Santiago was pronounced dead after a traffic collision on Waterman Avenue. The deadly collision happened on October 8th, at around 2:42 a.m. near the intersection of Waterman Avenue and 16th Street.
