26-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed after Collision near West Olive Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (August 13, 2022) – David Hand was killed in a crash near North 43rd and West Olive Avenues, Tuesday morning.

The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m., August 9th, involving a motorcyclist and a pickup truck, Sergeant Vincent Cole said.

Police responded to the scene and found the motorcyclist unresponsive in the roadway.

Furthermore, paramedics pronounced Hand dead at the scene due to the extent of his injuries, while the pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries.

In addition, the identity of the truck driver was not yet released by the authorities.

An active investigation is currently underway.
