78-Year-Old Man Killed in Traffic Accident on Broadway Road
PHOENIX, AZ (November 2, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, Frank Camacho Aguilar died following a bicycle-vehicle collision near 29th Street. According to police, officers responded in the area of 29th Street and Broadway Road involving a motorized bicycle and a vehicle. Police have identified that 78-year-old Aguilar was operating the motorized bicycle at the time of the collision. Investigation showed that Aguilar tried to cross Broadway Road when he was struck by the vehicle heading eastbound. Furthermore, when they arrived, they found Aguilar with major injuries. He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. He showed no signs of impairment, police said. No information was available prior to the initial investigation and an investigation is still underway.No words can mend the broken hearts and sorrow felt during this delicate moment.
