From Ethical Capitalism To Finding Your Purpose, Britnie Turner, Founder of Aerial Group, Is Elevating Your Gifts As A Force For Change

From living in her car to owning a private island, Britnie Turner, visionary philanthropist and founder of Aerial Group, is on a mission to elevate the world by empowering people, sustaining the planet, and utilizing capitalism as a force for good.

Can a business be a force for good? Business is the most powerful man-made force on the planet. However, most people directly relate this concept to making money – to gain profit solely. But why not use it to create economic value that also creates value for society by addressing its needs and challenges?

There is this gap in our thinking where doing good becomes linked to a specific label rather than ensuring every business positively impacts people and the planet. When you can create a successful business and make a significant difference simultaneously – a purpose-driven business, you will soon start to see fantastic hybrid models emerge to form the most important lifetime opportunity.

American architect Buckminster Fuller once said, “you never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” Only by showing what’s possible for people with a passion for the world we live in can a successful, positive transformation occur.

And when we act with compassion, the seeds we plant today can change the course of our shared tomorrow. A prime example of a serial entrepreneur who lives and breathes positive change values is Britnie Turner. The real estate investor, humanitarian, and philanthropist from South Carolina has seven businesses under her belt and is not stopping there.

Her “force for good companies” has created several successful case studies for why her methods of mind shift change are not only viable but the way forward. Britnie Turner has since formed multiple companies under her Aerial Group with the mission of elevating people and places. All are accelerating the mission of empowering people, sustaining the planet, and utilizing capitalism as a force for good.

Through her success, Turner is resetting the standard for what is possible for women and young people around the globe. “Every single one of us has a calling, a different purpose, and the point of the earth’s journey is not to try to force change; it is to be the change,” explains Turner “we need to orchestrate as much good in our life as we possibly can.”

Turner invites people hungry to step into their potential to sign up to her exclusive community of entrepreneurs who have dedicated their lives, businesses, and resources to be a force for good in the world. Entitled G-Force, the mastermind group provides the tools, education, and network needed to scale a business’s profitability and impact. According to Turner, they “help people gain, clarify, stabilize and scale the thing on their heart.” No matter the goal, purpose, or calling.

The G-Force Mastermind has become the first step to helping you find your purpose through the creation of opportunity. “I went from living in my car to buying my private island in less than ten years,” says Turner. The mission-driven founder uses her private island for good—housing rehabilitated animals and bringing together world leaders to “masterplan the recovery of a nation.”

The private island eco-resort in the British Virgin Islands is where Turner offers a series of five-day Elevate Summits throughout the year, “which correlate to the five pillars of what we call whole life success.” The retreat is a space where entrepreneurs and any individuals seeking to elevate their relationships, businesses, or personal well-being can do so by achieving whole-life success. With the next summit, “Presence,” occurring in mid-August, guests will discover the value of living in the present.

Britnie learned that business could be a transformative vehicle to change lives through the built environment. Soon, Turner’s other business venture Aerial Development Group blossomed under her umbrella to include economic development and disaster management groups that aid in emergency relief in numerous disaster zones.

The Aerial Recovery Group has gone from dealing with the earthquakes in Haiti to the volcano in St Vincent, the tornadoes in Kentucky, the hurricanes in Louisiana, and more, to helping rescue people in Afghanistan. “Our mission is focused on the active war in Ukraine where we are saving orphans. My team has rescued over 3400 people in Ukraine and will continue to do so,” explains Turner.

This opportunity to be a part of the recovery process is where people can experience their purpose and align with something greater than just you. Do so by joining the Aerial recovery program to make a difference.

From ethical capitalism to the importance of finding your purpose, Aerial’s commitment to a triple bottom line approach proves that conscious business is viable and the way of the future. Britnie Turner is an on-the-ground superhero striving to respond to the world’s needs. She is a person whose actions speak louder than words and encourages entrepreneurs to use their endeavors to create positive change.

By joining the G-Force community, taking a trip to a life-changing retreat, or supporting causes through donations that get hand-delivered to people. “We just want to elevate you,” says Turner.

With several national and international awards for speed of growth, innovation, and trajectory, join Turner and her team on this journey we call life before it’s too late.
