Gaga for LA – LA Weekly

Gaga for LA: Gaga brings her Chromatica Ball spectacular to the vast surroundings of Dodger Stadium, where L.A. fans will be treated to a vast quantity of contemporary pop classics from one of the best voices in contemporary pop.

According to a recent tour press release, “Lady Gaga’s unprecedented The Chromatica Ball summer stadium tour is making history as she sells out shows around the globe. Last night’s tour stop at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania smashed the record for the highest grossing show in the venue’s history. This record was previously held by The Rolling Stones in 2005. Further making history, the August 19th tour stop at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts broke the venue’s record for the highest single show attendance with over 37,200 attending. The Chromatica Ball summer stadium tour kicked off earlier this summer with a sold-out show in Düsseldorf, Germany and has since made stops in Stockholm, Paris, Arnhem, London, Toronto, Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta and Hershey. Upcoming dates include Tokyo, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Houston before concluding in Miami on September 17th.”

All of which means that the tour has obviously been a massive success so far, and we expect nothing less that a majestic night of pop here in L.A. Because that’s what Gaga does.

Gaga for LA: The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 10 at Dodger Stadium.
