Car Crash near the San Diego Freeway Kills 63-Year-Old Man

ENCINITAS, CA (November 9, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Igor V Bezrukov died in a car crash on Santa Fe Drive, police said. The accident happened along 354 Santa Fe Drive, per initial reports. Furthermore, according to San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim was on their way to a scheduled doctors appointment at the time. Investigators said that 63-year-old Bezrukov lost control of his vehicle and hit several chain link fences, before colliding with a tree. Eventually, responders arrived at the scene and transported Bezrukov to Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas Emergency Department, where he was pronounced dead. At this time, Encinitas Officials are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the Santa Fe Drive car accident. An active investigation is currently ongoing at this time.
