Traffic Accident on Avenue Stanford Left Several Hurt

SANTA CLARITA, CA (September 13, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, a vehicle crash on Rye Canyon Road left three people injured.

The incident occurred on August 9th, at about 2:40 p.m., near Avenue Stanford.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided near the intersection of Rye Canyon Road and Avenue Stanford. The crash left three people injured including one driver that became trapped in their vehicle.

Responding emergency crews rescued the trapped driver with major injuries sustained from the crash, while other medics transported two other victims to a local hospital with minor injuries. At this time, officers have not released any information about the victims’ identities or their current conditions.
