Pedestrian-Vehicle Crash on Lincoln Street Left One Person Dead

OROVILLE, CA (December 5, 2022) – Early Friday night, a pedestrian crash on Oro Dam Boulevard and Lincoln Street left Kenneth Parker dead.

The incident happened on November 25th, at around 5:30 p.m., involving a tan Ford F-250 and a pedestrian.

According to reports, Parker was walking across Oro Dam Boulevard outside a crosswalk when he was struck by the truck.

Responding officers and medical crews arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures. However, the victim succumbed to his injuries and officials pronounced 63-year-old Kenneth Parker dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, police said that alcohol or drugs, or distracted driving were not the factors in the crash.
