56-Year-Old Woman Killed by Big Rig near Lookout Road

FAIRFIELD, CA (November 17, 2022) – Sunday morning, Lisa Lowe was killed after being run over by a big rig on Central Place.

Officers responded to the fatal pedestrian accident around 9:36 a.m. at the 4400 block of Central Place in the city of Fairfield.

Furthermore, according to the police, a semi-trailer ran over a woman lying in the roadway. Investigators said the driver was unaware of the female lying on the ground.

Later, the coroner’s office identified the deceased victim as 56-year-old Lowe. Authorities ruled out intoxication as a factor in the fatal incident.

Both directions of the roadway were temporarily closed down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
