Pedestrian Accident on State Route 94 near 25th Street Sent One Man to Hospital
GOLDEN HILL, CA (October 6, 2022) – Wednesday morning, an unidentified man sustained injuries after a pedestrian accident on State Route 94.
The crash occurred on September 21st, at around 11:15 a.m. on the westbound side of the freeway, east of 25th Street.
According to reports, the man was walking on the roadway when a Ford Sedan struck him.
First responders then transported the victim to a local hospital in critical condition. The name of the victim remains unknown at this time.
Meanwhile, the Ford driver, a 73-year-old Bonita woman escaped the crash with no injuries and stayed to cooperate with the officials. Authorities do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident on State Route 94. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.
