SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA (November 16, 2022) – Tuesday at noon, authorities reported minor injuries in a car crash on State Route 17.

The incident happened shortly after 12:30 p.m., near the Redwood Estates exit on November 8th.

According to police, a police officer was on his way back to his patrol vehicle when an SUV traveling northbound struck him. The collision left both the driver and the officer with injuries.
