Four-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99 near Avenue 21 1/2 Left Several People Injured
MADERA, CA (November 2, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a four-vehicle crash on Highway 99 left several people injured.
The incident happened on October 31st, at around 1:45 p.m. near Avenue 21 1/2.
According to reports, three big rigs and an SUV were involved in the collision, just south of Avenue 21 1/2. The impact of the collision caused a semi-truck to land on its side and another one to be pushed near the railroad tracks. Additionally, another truck sustained heavy front-end damage.
Emergency crews arrived at the site of the collision and reported minor injuries.
Meanwhile, officials closed down the lanes surrounding the four-vehicle crash on Highway 99 to perform cleanup and preliminary duties.
