CLOVIS, CA (October 20, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, a police officer was injured following a DUI crash on Willow Avenue.

The incident happened on October 15th, shortly after midnight involving a police vehicle and another vehicle.

The initial report stated that two vehicles were traveling west when they collided, causing one vehicle to crash into the police car head-on.

Furthermore, authorities transported the officer to the hospital for treatment and evaluation.

Meanwhile, police arrested one of the drivers involved in the crash. Authorities identified her as a 25-year-old woman suspected of driving under the influence.
