One Dead in Pedestrian Crash on Rainbow Boulevard [Las Vegas, NV]


Victim Killed in Pedestrian Accident near Palmyra Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (August 26, 2022) – Tuesday morning, a pedestrian crash on Rainbow Boulevard left one unidentified person dead.

The accident happened on August 9th, at about 4:00 a.m., along southwest valley near Palmyra Avenue.

According to reports, a pedestrian crossing South Rainbow Boulevard in an unknown direction when she was struck by a 2013 Ford F-150 traveling southbound Due to the impact of the collision, the pedestrian was projected forward into the road. She sustained fatal injuries.

Responding paramedics arrived shortly after and declared the pedestrian dead at the scene.

Authorities are currently withholding the victim’s identity until his or her next of kin is notified.

There is no other information available about the crash on Rainbow Boulevard at this time. However, an active investigation to determine further details is underway.
