One Killed, Two Hospitalized in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 395 [Victorville, CA]


Two-Vehicle Crash near La Mesa Road Leaves One Dead

VICTORVILLE, CA (August 16, 2022) – Thursday night, one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 395.

The incident happened on August 11th, at about 11:04 p.m., near La Mesa Road.

According to reports, two vehicles were traveling northbound on the highway when one vehicle broadsided another. The vehicles were a red Hyundai and a blue Infiniti. The impact of the collision left three people with major injuries.

Upon arrival, emergency crews rendered aid to the victims, and transported two of them to the hospital for further treatment. However, one of the drivers of the involved vehicles suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, lanes on Highway 395 were shut down for several hours between Luna Road and Bear Valley Road until 4:00 a.m.
