Modesto Police responded to the scene around 10:00 p.m., near Bodem Street on October 28th. At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a pedestrian and a motorcyclist were involved. Furthermore, medics pronounced the pedestrian dead due to the extent of their injuries.
