EL MONTE, CA (October 31, 2022) – Early Monday Morning, Robert Woo was pronounced dead after a pedestrian collision on the 10 Freeway. Per responding officials, an accident involving an unknown vehicle and a pedestrian, occurred along the 10 Freeway at about 4 a.m. According to the report, the one pedestrian, later identified as 86-year-old Woo, was pronounced dead at the scene due to the extent of their injuries. California Highway Patrol have not released further details about the fatal incident near Cogswell Road at this time.
