53-Year-Old Woman and 55-Year-Old Man Died in Pedestrian Accident near State Tree Boulevard

OCEANSIDE, CA (December 2, 2022) – Thursday night, Shannon Marie Breer and Harold David Ray died following a pedestrian crash.
