41-Year-Old Todd Aldinger Dies after Car Collision near Wilmot Road
TUCSON, AZ (November 18, 2022) – On Monday, police responded to an accident on 22nd Streetthat claimed the life of Todd Aldinger.
Initial investigation showed that 41-year-old Aldinger attempted to turn left with his 2020 Ford Transit from Wilmot Road to 22nd Street when it collided with a 2009 Ford Expedition.
Furthermore, police said that Aldinger was travelling northbound and the Expedition was travelling southbound where Aldinger failed to yield right-of-way.
Consequently, Aldinger was transported by the officers to St. Joseph’s Hospital where he later died due to the extent of his injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Ford Expedition suffered minor injuries and he was treated at the scene.
Police say that impairment was not a factor of the collision. An active investigation is underway.
