Car Accident near Rancho Vista Boulevard Left Two Fatalities

PALMDALE, CA (August 8, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, two people died in a head-on car crash near cricket Lane.

The incident happened on August 7th, at around 3:40 a.m. near the intersection of Rancho Vista Boulevard and Cricket Lane.

According to officials, a pickup truck traveled into oncoming traffic and struck another pickup truck head-on. The two pickup trucks involved were a dark-colored Dodge Ram 1500 and a white Chevrolet Silverado. At this time, it is unclear which truck was going with traffic and which truck was going against traffic.

Paramedics and officers arrived at the site of the crash shortly after receiving the report and pronounced two men dead at the scene. Authorities are currently withholding the identities of the deceased victims, pending notification of next of kin.
